We respect and value each of our Client's privacy.

It is important for us to state that our commitment and obligation is dedicated to each one of our Clients. We value Privacy and Confidentiality, and do not collect any information about our visitors or customers other than what is described in this policy. Our policy is straightforward - we collect very little information and we never give it to anyone else.
When you sign up for our mailing list, you give us your email address and, in some cases, your name. This information will never be used by anyone but us. Period. We will never use your personal information for any purpose other than to contact you with announcements about our own products. We dislike intensely spam as much as you do, and will never allow anyone to use your personal contact information in a way that doesn't conform to this policy. Should you ever receive a message from us and would rather not receive it once again, just inquire. Once. You'll be taken off our list instantaneously.

Cookies, etc. We don't use them on our main site. Nothing on our site will stick with you after you leave. We hope our product prompts you to check back now and then, but we won't be greeting you by your first name when you visit our site. We do use cookies in the WhizAnalysis forums, since they are required by the forum software, and are necessary to its proper functioning. These cookies are only used to assist you in staying logged in, posting to the message boards, and letting other users know when you are logged in so you can receive instant messages.

Although some of our software requires your eBay password to interact with eBay, our products will need your eBay password as well from time to time. In the event that our software helps you perform a function for which eBay requires a user ID and password, there will be no way around it. Our products will request your user ID and password ONLY when it is completely necessary to perform a function on eBay. If required, your information will be sent directly to eBay to perform a function, and will by no means be sent anywhere else. Our applications will not save your information on your hard drive unless you specifically choose this setting.

Logs. Like virtually all websites, we have log files that track visitors. They're in fact like page counters, but with more sophistication. These log files track a minimal amount of information about each computer that is used to access our site, and permits us to identify how many people visit our site and download our software.
What do these log files track? Very little. Log files do not and cannot track your email address, your name, the contents of your computer, or any other personal information.
